Nasdaq requirements
I think we qualify for the Nasdaq Capital where we can qualify with a $2 closing price
** To qualify under the closing price alternative, a company must have: (i) average annual revenues of $6 million for three years, or (ii) net tangible assets of $5 million, or (iii) net tangible assets of $2 million and a 3 year operating history, in addition to satisfying the other financial and liquidity requirements listed above.
Anyone can comment on this.. seems to me that we have at least assets of $2 million and operate longer than 3 years... So with these quick endpoints... sets up a nice rollercoaster possibility.

Everything is in good hands and finally Roger can watch his dream team try and solve a great challenge. I'm serious, I doubt we will see any SP appreciation until wind gets out about the trials.....unless those darn lasers are starting to sell in the USA ? We all know the serious problem our society has with Opiods...killing us ! Get this system on Health Care program Insurance and watch how this division can grow, I believe in this science as well.
Love to see the up list to Nasdaq, so that the stupid management doesn't have to do dirty low PP again and again. I think to get up list ,we also need a MM to support the share price(say maybe $1.0 over ) for a long period of time .but the current situation is the basement boys ' chief boss (the potential MM )only has the interest to bring down the share price to new low , of course with the help of basement boys and TLT management 's idiot PP strategy.
