Mr. Michael B. England, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sunvest Minerals Corp. since September 1, 2016. Mr. England has been the President of Alix Resources Corp. since June 22, 2007 and served as Chief Executive Officer until October 12, 2016. Mr. England has been the President of BTU Capital Corp. since August 17, 2013. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ashburton Ventures Inc., since December 31, 2008 and serves as its President. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NPN Investment Group Inc. Mr. England served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GEO Minerals Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ialta Industries Ltd. since September 13, 2005. Mr. England served as the Chief Executive Officer of CKR Carbon Corporation since February 2011 until October 05, 2015 and served as its President until October 2015. Mr. England served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. since October 2011 until April 14, 2015. He also provides strategic business consulting, investor relations services and capital financing services to public companies. Mr. England has been involved in the public markets starting in 1983 working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange as a Floor Trader after successfully completed the Canadian Securities, Options and Futures Courses. Since 1995, he has been involved with public companies assisting in heightening market awareness and fund raising, working with such companies as Dynamic Oil and Gas, M.L. Cass Petroleum and Firelight Corporation. Mr. England served with firms such as Richardson Greenshields and RBC Dominion Securities. He served as the President of Ashburton Ventures Inc. since September 1, 2009 until October 29, 2013. He was instrumental in several mineral and resource property acquisitions and financings. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of MX Gold Corp. since October 26, 2011 until June 19, 2012. Mr. England served as an Officer at Brigadier Gold Limited from August 2001 to September 2004. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alston Energy Inc. from July 14, 2009 to January 21, 2010. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer for Zone Resources Inc. from May 2, 2008 to August 10, 2009 and Chief Financial Officer of Canada Carbon Inc. from June 8, 2005 to March 8, 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Andover Mining Corp. until December 4, 2007. From October 2002 to March 2006, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Bolero Resources Corp. Mr. England served as an Investor Relations Consultant for Firelight Corp. from February 1998 to June 2001 and for Dynamic Oil and Gas from February 1998 to December 2000. He served as the Chairman of Andover Ventures Inc. from March 2006 to February 2007 and Chief Executive Officer and President from August 2006 to December 4, 2007. From June 8, 2005 to March 8, 2006, he served as a Director of Bolero Resources Corp. He served as a Director of Aldever Resources Inc. from April 2009 to April 22, 2010.
