Indicators?

Indicators? All the indicators for ACB are putting it into oversold territory.  I know I am new and just learning but WILL, ADSL-AADL, RSI all seem to be pointing towards another spike.  I know we are looking at 50 odd million shares at .40 cents becoming live but does that really mean they will sell them all?

If they were issued at .4 then I am issuming that was the value or true cost of the work so at even $2 a stock that means we should see a min sell off of about 10 million shares.  If these people are just interested in completely cashing out oir taking some profits lets double the numbers.... thats 20m shares.  I find it really hard to believe with this stock being in the high 3's and being stable in the mid to high 2's that they would dump everything at once at or below $2 when they can wait.  remember they were issued at a value of .40.

So the difference between $2 and 2.40 is 100%.

What do you guys think?  I am pretty sure I am going to re-take a full position at 2.15 since i missed the 2 and then just avg down.
