The best way is to send them a money order, personal check or bank draft...Make it out to "Lawyers XXX LLP In Trust" to be deposited into their Client's trust ledger account...The Law Society of Upper Canada (Ont.) says, " Q: May I deposit my clients' money retainers into the firm's general account?
