Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

The following is a summary of stock options as at 30 September 2016.
6.37MM @ $2.53-2.71 1.2yrs o/s Aver price $2.47
10.49MM @ $0.84-1.39 1.6yrs o/s Aver price $1.20, and famously
11.45MM @ 0.40c 3.2yrs o/s

Now only 200K of latter were vested at qtr end and of the others 4MM or so of 6.37MM and 5MM or so of 10.49MM were vested at that time.
