warrent info

Hi guys, can we buy the warrent and then use them to buy cheaper priced stocks ? I have been doing some research on warrents and still don't understand what kind of warrent OGI.WT is. I know it expires in a year so is there more to them then just buying and selling the warrent ? Sorry for the simple question but hard to find straight answers. Thanks
