The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

Mr. Bernard Tourillon, can you please clarify where we stand with our LOI (Taiwanese investor), because right now we are on the hook for 8mill, the market has not forgotten this and maybe that's why after getting the biggest news of 4N we are still at 14cents and dropping
