Its products include NEREA and Natural Zeolite. NEREA is a material and method of direct crop and plant agronomy, offering an alternative to the hydroponics technique. Its products have applications in agriculture, industrial and home use.

A buyout of CNZ from either ....

A buyout of CNZ from either ....IMO
a buyout from any of the  below MAJOR producers would drive the stock crazy 

Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON),
Agrium Inc. (NYSE: AGU),
CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF),
Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (NYSE: POT)
