Locked Up

Locked UpSeems to be at a stale mate here... 634,000 avaerage volume and today not even 8,000 ? Seems no one wants to sell at.14 and no one wants to buy any higher than that.... Still believe te risj is worth it here in the long run. Just need oil to slowly and sreadily move up.... Will my patience pay off ??
