Hard to figure, all that gold and Century just couldn't make a go of it?, give it to Whitetiger for debt and a bit of cash for Peggy and Ross then Whitetiger throws in the towel losing like 150 million but not worth more cash burn so they walk? Guess there crazy, all that gold?
