No equity?? The market value is not the market capital. The market value is not the actual value. The entire company (hypothetically if your order could actually be filled , but it can't) could be bought for about 3000 dollars on the OTC. This is the risk of being a public company. That is the entire company! That is what everyone is bidding on. The winning bid was around 1.3 billion. Lightstream is being acquired as a company. It was not bankrupt, it's still whole. The aquirer will be worth more than the aquireree. It's now an acquisition. The shares of both companies will possibly be put together, and the share value will be equal throughout the new company. I think this could be bigger than everyone here thinks. This isn't a bankruptcy , this is an acquisition of a large corporation for pennies on the dollar...
