RE:CIBCNo manipulation, just lack of aggressive buyers, have to exhaust the house 1(annom) seller, CIBC looks to have finished selling the block they took down last week.  National Bank hasnt broke price and come up to the .60 level yet.  Based on my contacts, they are still looking for large blocks so it makes zero sense to push the stock higher when there is a distinct lack of instl. buying at this point. 

We are scaled bid on the book down to .45, only way we pay up is if other buyers show up, another 7 fig block goes up or volume spikes.
