RE:RE:Martin Granger must be short NBZJust wondering-does nbz take up shares from the public first or pro-rata or is this a done deal for the hedge funds? I guess if insiders buy this week or exercise options, etc. we know the answer there....
Just in passing-joy,longrun,and new star all have some operations that could be considered proximate to each other and all have Asian investors now;sort of a buddy group.
Could the 2 funds simply be telegraphing an interest that they are willing to give up majority interest for different pasture?
Riverstone seems to be especially hot for the montney.
Anyway, without the drip the past incentive for the hedge funds to maintain the status quo is gone.question now is who's idea was this plan.
If it was mngt alone it would be nice to see a new compensation structure and a bought deal for an acquisition to give some liquidity, else we're stuck with the trade (not so bad) on the whims of 3 guys in Toronto.
Interesting times and good fortunes
