As I said before...Keep and Walchuck had no intentions of building a mine...therefore Mineral Title was never in play.   They simply wanted to strike an OT with RCF and sell out.  Imho...that was their plan.   The Russian cartel imploded and the postash market crashed...that was the end of Keep and Walchucks dream.   

Nkwnthat we have a guy that's wants to build a mine...he needs $$$...per the Cheifs comments...no one will lend if ownership of the resource is in question.
