One or more partners?

"We remain very confident that one or more of these global entities will move forward with a definitive licensing agreement in early 2017." I don't if its only me who reacted to this part of the update. I read it like they could have several partners for a licensing agreement. Would that mean that it would be divided between RX & OTC as mentioned in slide 6 in their latest presentation?
