Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Question on APH power

RE:Question on APH powerI visited Leamington a few weeks ago specifically to look at this Company. During my visit there I learned that the City is basically a 'Greenhouse Industry' and the 2 key components needed are water & heat (supplied here by natural gas)
Also I learned that there is a local ethanol plant cooking corn that scrubs and moves the heated exhaust across the highway to heat a large Greenhouse Operation..!

I was not expecting to see the massive number of Greenhouse operations covering massive amounts of acerage around this small City, was impressive.....!
