They have been quietly accumulating all along. Now the market is beginning to wake up, sentiment is changing and they are simply changing strategy to a slightly more aggressive buying option. The cat is almost out of the bag so it is time to buy even at a slightly higher price rather than loose out on a big pop which could come at any time. JMHO
