Hey Stag,

Why would PL be desperate now?  Clinical results so far have been great!  $100 M pro forma cash and CPD around the corner.  I hope he's not desperate to sign a deal just to put an end to this short attack?  I'm sure he's pissed about it but the day to day fluctuations of the SP can only be fixed by PL continuing to execute in the clinical setting!  Yeah the stock price is in the sh#%%er but fundementally the company has only gotten stronger.  I know the plunge in the SP plays with your mind (believe me) but remember what brought you here.

Remember the drop in 2015 in October after HRC tweeted about drug price regulation if she were elected President?  During that drop Thomvest acquired ~ 2.6 M shares during the drop worth about $4.7 M.  The share price soon recovered. This time around Thomvest has acquired 4.5M shares worth about $10.9 M.  If you compare the company then vs. now I'd say we're in way better shape and apparently Thomvest thinks so too as they have more than doubled the amount of cash thrown at the dip in 2015 to the current one.

For what it's worth!
Garth
