Sounds like you may be familiar with the sight. Work there in the past?  The old gennys and compressors are still in the steel building under lock and key. They haven't been looked at too closely yet to see if they are still servicable; the rads and heat exchangers were outside the building and were vandalized..guys looking for copper and brass; really not a big issue when you have close to 12 million to spend.
With 150,000 meters of historical surface drilling, 40, 000 meters done underground, and 7750 meters done by Sage in 2011 there should be no surprises. The ore zone has been well defined.
