RE:RE: A Little Profit Taking

RE:RE: A Little Profit TakingReading the news release it looks like Albemarle pushed the state engineer to suspend the water rights based on no evidence of use within a set number of years but while they were doing that, Nevada Sunrise and AAL were looking for and found evidence of usage. Based on that I'd say the ruling is going to get overturned on the appeal.

Pretty typical play for the dominant company in a specific area to delay/obstruct the activitiies of the smaller operations. If they can't put a stop to AAL's progress at Clayton NE using these tactics (and my reading of that release says they can't) then the eventual move will likely be for Albemarle to make an offer for AAL's project and the water rights. Hi Target10,

I agree that the news are positive in general. But I also see some uncertainity because of the water rights problem which is announced in the NR. I think the selloff is caused by this paragraph.

Since I have not much knowledge about water rights in Nevada can somebody share his opinion on this, please?

Thanks on advance.
