RE:RE:RE:RE:Management are trustworthy Poriemon,
You brought up a good point. There seems to be some confusion here. The link that quoted 13% came from a legit source (just after the Murgor's acquisition). This seems to be consistent with the 8% claimed on their Corporate Presentation. Although, it a bit odd to see it (the 8%) was listed ahead of the largest shareholder AEM at 9% (Does the company want to project an image that they are in firm control of the company?). Generally, other companies would rank the holders percentage-wise, and usually with management holding last (to appear modest? regardless of the size of holding).
Just came across their 2015-2016 Annual Report. The info on this has to be correct, right? since it was certified by an auditor. Anyway check it out on page 27 and 28. There are quite a few interesting items: salary for key officials (quite low, surprisingly); goden parachutes for Owen, Miranda, and Vorvis (400k, 270k, and 330k respectively, which are reasonable?). The shareholding/control by insiders (directors and officials) was stated as less than 1%. This is not consistent with what they stated on the Corporate Presentation (8%).
So, you might want contact AZX for an explanation, as Reagan said to Gorbachev:
