RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ExplainI understand preferred shares give them these previleges but it's the interpretation of their intent that I was asking about.  I suppose I'm just questioning why Lucas would agree to that kind of deal if he thought he was going to get pushed out and Constellation was going to take Redknee private.  

My impression was the preferred shares let them take control of the executive decisions so they could right this ship for everybody.  If Lucas makes a stink they ditch him.
