RE:I don't get it, can someone explain?

RE:I don't get it, can someone explain?I am still waiting with an open mind for some one to convince me with answers for the questions I asked in my last few posts. Don't hold your breath for it. They said by the close of the deal the MT share price will get back up close to that when the Merger was announced. Is that right? Why would that bound to happen? I want to know too. Today the close is at the lowest for the week.

If the deal is 8.42 at the end of the year, why is it trading for 6.50 right now? It should be trading around 8.42....or not, If not, why? Am I missing something besides my confusion? Ooor.... was the deal 8.42 "or" 0.71%/share whatever cgc stands?
