Working overtimeWell the boys from TN are sure working at bringing about doubt of the current and past mgt and the direction of the company. In my humble opinion, TN will at the 11 hr back out of the court case, as it has no bearing on what they are trying to accomplish, but will of created enough doubt (if you let them) to of driven down the SP low enough for them to of acquired enough shares to attempt a takeover, or a reasonable facsimile. It makes me wonder how TN acquired their other business in the past, and how many of those share holders got fleeced in doing so.
The court case will go no further as their is no merit to their claims, as history has already proven, but their team of bashers will make a modest wage ranting about the current situation. I hope they aren't paid on their spelling or grammar skills, let alone their math abilities.
Anyway just oust my humble opinion, I am still, and always will be long LND
