If it's such a bad deal why would Invesco vote there 20 percent for it to go through, they must of been privy to more info than us retail holders .

Your best to look at the deal based on your prospective not someone elsed.

Checkout Western Potash and the great deal the minority shareholder got.
Very similar in structure.
