RE:RE:Hey, "Securities Lawyer" Lumberfeverlong....

RE:RE:Hey, "Securities Lawyer" Lumberfeverlong....You stated that you were a Secutities Lawyer.  In doing so, you were giving your professional opinion of the class Action Suit.  You said it will not go anywhere and I have screenprinted your posts here.  Well, Mr. Securities Lawyer, It appears that Concordia did not disclose a few things - like the fact that the entire contracted sales force for Donnatal - 75-80 employees were fired on May 13th, the very same day in the earnings call that they said they were doing a good job.  Then you said that they have not contacted Restructuring Counsel.  Well ....  Mr. Securities Lawyer  .....  you should not say statements like that.

Word is out --  SKADDEN and 1st lien noteholders engaging WHITE & CASE will be the next news that will explode the BS you spew on this bullboard and you can coddle the bagholders here.

LET THE FOOD FIGHT BEGIN AND THE EQUITY GET F'ED so just stop with your rant that this was illigally manipulated by the shorts.  Seems to me that it was illegally manipulated by the company.  When you state that you are a Securities Lawyer and people believe that, you are speaking as a professional.  And I plan to take action and so will others so beware what statements you are making in the future.

Lumberfeverlong wrote: Why would I know anything about the company that has not been publicly disclosed. I am not an insider nor connected to the company in any way. I am one of hundreds of investors who invested in this company believing what was being conveyed by management, including the firing on all cylinders statement by MT.  I was duped like many others. That said, there has been a relentless, unethical and perhaps illegal manipulation of this stock for months by sophisticated short sellers which has exacerbated the financial condition of the company by limiting its access to capital markets other than to take on more debt.

This is a public forum where people can express differing views. You can agree or disagree with me and state the reasons why. I still believe the company will survive and turn things around.  It has plenty of cash to meet its debt obligations and is still generating free cash from operations despite the last two disastrous quarters.

Also, based on the Flynn/Pfizer fines, any potential fine levied against Concordia should be in the 1% of global revenue range and not 10% as suggested by some on this board.

Finally, I have better things to do than to rate my or anyone's posts on this board. Stop behaving like children by rating my posts and than claiming I did so.

blah blah blah

And you said the Class Action Law Suit wouldn't go anywhere?  This new legal filing is going to the SEC and the OSC now for sure!

Unbelievable.  On Friday, Borkowski and Kreppner were added to the individual defendents stated on the law suit because it seems like they all knew that the sales force was all canned but still played their game of saying all is well in the land of Donnatal.   This company has the worst disclosure / transparency to its shareholders that I have ever seen in my life.  The only thing they have is paid implants on subrate bull boards to spew nonsense and hold the hands of bagholders until their wealth is destroyed.
