agreed, it's a sh!tty deal for shareholders, and just a desperate last grasp to retain power by Lucas. He's clearly trying to undermine Crescendo from selling the company in a more legitimate fashion, and must have tight ties with prospective incoming BoD members coming in from Constellation (assuring him some measure of autonomy on company direction).

Massive ego, I sent him a note on twitter voicing my displeasure!
