RE:RE:RE:READ and weepIt does matter. Support agreement is alive as stated in the purchade agreement Nov 29. This means that the board, who only has a wage, and shares, who will be taken out day 1 of new company, did not execute their ability to terminate the support agreement. Why...because they will get some shares in the new company through the support agreement....along with existing shareholders.
