short form prospectus has been filed on dec 1, 2016just a question of what they are going to sell to raise cash, what price it will be and finally how many of them?

I think it's 20-30 million shares at 9 would bring in plenty of cash for expansion and to hunker down if oil prices start to retreat again.

the large debt won't be as much a burden with large cash reserves and the SP will be stronger.

of course there will be a fall because of dilution but I don't think it will be huge, maybe a few percent maximum.

again just guessing on my part but all signs point to a share offer, but what kind is the quesiton.
