I GET IT. YFI is funding another company via insider selling. But what does the YFI shareholder get in return? A warm and fuzzy feeling? It's a lose/lose situation for the YFI shareholder. This is a horrific position for the YFI shareholder to be in. There is no stated limit on how much paper Duane can dump to fund another entity.
