eddy, it was actually the AMCo acquisition that did them in.  They overpaid for poor, declining assets with the worst possible payment - debt.    At a time (sept 2015) when the whole price gouging story broke with Valeant.  They stayed under the radar for a time saying that they didn't rely on price increases to grow thei business but as more and more was exposed, their portfolio began to crumble.  Im sure they bought AMCo thinking it would reduce their exposure to US pricing pressure, only to find out that the UK government was harder on price gougers.  Everything possibly that could go wrong for this company did and management's  alleged violations of securities law (ie. amendments to the law suit made on Friday) are outright criminal lies in my opinion.  The stock is in the toilet because it deserves to be.
