How are the big boys looking?It is worth looking at some of the other waste management company charts.

The landfill business certainly looks like a good one to be in - if you can actually establish a licensed location for a landfill.  More so in California where it is next to impossible (as we know) to actually get  permitting.  

People may slag the lenghty efforts of our director but I think he deserves a prize for sticking with this and continuing to navigate through the endless sea of bureaucracy.

When the permit is all done (and it is years closer to being done than it ever has been) what are the odds that one of these big boys will come courting?  

They had better bring a very big box of chocolates with them, because they will be dealing with David.
