most likely due to the reverse split that is set to happen tomorrow as it's usually not a good thing for stocks this price. That being said, in this emerging market I imagine if you are in already there is no point in bailing with the emerging market. Picking up shares at 13C might not be a bad idea. I doubt it stays down there for more than a few minutes.
