Can't say I wasn't expecting that.
Eve the assets were lowered by 70 million.

Across the board yuk.
I have seen this play book before.

This should take the shares down hard do that $120 million warrant value will be made up of many more shares, further diluting the existing shareholders.

I really hope someone is watching and if the shares drop hard they make a competing offer.
