NPC was recommended as a TOP PICK at BNN yesterday and today they announced big contracts. These news are good news and the stock goes down! I suspect that the "pigs" (I mean the underwriters) are unloading their allotments from the last bought deal! Look at #1 (Anonymous) on the sell side and you'll understand what I mean! their
