We are a zero income company at this stage, with some fairly expensive bills to pay to cover the development of our technology.
I am sure if anyone has a good suggestion on how to get cash into the company coffers without selling shares (i.e. dilution), they would be very interested to hear about it.
This offering is probably going to be less than 4% dilution...i.e. about half a cent loss per share at this price, and if things happen the way we expect its not going to make a huge difference in the long run.
I suspect the larger recent investment offer at 22 cents was turned down by management because of the finance companies habit of dumping the shares to keep the warrants, which has caused us grief in the recent past in terms of SP downward pressure.
