At the inauguration of the new company they will give themselves a bunch of cheap options, warrants and other bonuses. We, the common shareholders will be paying for their useless service in the form of 3.5% management annual fee. I was a unit holder of LRT.UN some years ago. The same method, just way more undervalued (just about 20%) comparing to SCP during the hay days of the Alberta's OIL Patch. It was only reasonable to sell everything, pay the rest of the mortgages and distribute the rest to a unit holders. But wait, who would borrow the money from Arni T. at 18% per annum. So it stayed the same until almost a total collapse state that the are now. This is generally a problem of investing in Canada. Big thieves almost never go to jail.
