Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Not good news

RE:Not good newsDid you not see the panic in her face? The stutering of her words? She couldn't openly answer that she wanted to hand a monopoly over to the friends of the government. She gave the politically correct answer to avoid getting slaughtered on stage.

I always say bet on collusion and corruption and I'm glad to see my bet was right. The news was extremely good. Everyone who's been in this game for a year and over now knows 2018 is the year we're aiming for legalization. Nothing in the report was ever binding, but it's important to know what the recommendations were because it gives information to measure the risks on the investments we made. I like what I'm hearing and I hope Health Canada and the legislators take it the report seriously and use it to write the draft of the laws we'll be seeing in spring.

Stop being so emotional. This is neither outstanding, nor bad news, only information you can use to judge whether your investments have been de-risked or not going forward.

the minimum age of 18 was great news but literally nothing else was.. Anyone interpreting that as good news is just using their own bias.. That diversity of producers is not a good thing at all. I was hoping for better news but just sold my shares on the spike. Good luck to all that are holding and I hope I'm wrong
