YikesThis latest was text-book death-spiral financing. Diluted the stock by 15%. 100 grand just for a finder's fee?  And for what?  A measly 1.3 million? Wow. Shaking my head. Abysmal management.  And a good indication of the validity of their various technologies/assets.
