RE:RE:NYX the orphanfair value i think is in the middle of current and comparable FCF

current FCF over 15%   = $1.24

comps FCF 3-7 %  @7%  target = $5.40

at the mid point in the progression to comps FCF 11%   FAIR VALUE = $3.31
