What would be 2017 like for Neptune?

What would be 2017 like for Neptune?
The patent battle with Aker is done, but Enzy still refuses to concede. There was a brief SP upward movement and then, it all came back down to the ground. ACST needs money and a new round of offering is coming, which is inevitable. I doubt that the sales volume to China is huge. There is potential, but I don't know if Neptune can grab the substantial portion of China market. Jim is not releasing much information about this. Jim keeps saying that Neptune is a different company and it can provide customized solution, but I don't see much progress in SP at all. Alex Ruus is still our friend, but I don't know how long he can be our friend either. I am wondering what Haywood is thinking right now. What would be the catalyst for Neptune in 2017? What's left?
