Marenzio,not making a payment has nothing to do with the listing of a stock.I am absolutely pissed at the incompetence lanthier has shown to date.the lack of his interest to own the stock.his inflated salary to run a junior stock but put that aside,they mentioned that they are working with tec.They are not going to make the payment by the end of the month in my view but TEC will extend but I say this time if it is another 100,000 it should be deducted from lanthiers salary.Send him an email saying so.I see panic is now hitting the board which means it is time to buy and I did today.There is no way this stock is going to zero.Just their user base alone has great value for someone.As mentioned,taking it private is worth anywhere from 0.15-0.25 easily.This is tax loss selling along with retail panic.Unless they give us news ,expect it until dec 23.At this point they have not given anyone reason to buy unless you can look past the flames.
