Greer extracted huge sums of money from tiny AEN.....would think he's persona non grata on boards of any listed co...a greedy failure. Who knows what he's up to now...would expect that those who actually control this baby have had enough of him, and are the ones controlling what's happening now...and want as much back as they can get....hoping hoping, i'm sure, to do a deal with a company that want's to get their hands on our cash....some, though low, possibility of a stock offer for ours that values our stock higher than actual cash value...difficulty is, must come from a company with good assets whose share price will maintain after the merger...could happen....if not, i guess we get a cdn. nickel for every share.
