RE:RE:RE:RE:Lots of chatter on ihub - pntvJudge: "THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE COMCAST TO SETTLE OR IT'S GOING TO BE VERY EXPENSIVE FOR YOU".

NewDenverKnows wrote: What that means is the judge said "DEAR COMCAST, DEAL WITH THIS MATTER NOW OR IT'S GOING TO TRIAL IF YOU DON'T SETTLE THE CASE".

This is the story of a massively wealthy corporation NOT getting dismissal of the case, and being SCHOOLED by a little company previously did not have the resources to fight. So how did a huge conglomerate full of pocketed legal professionals NOT get dismissal of the case? BECAUSE the case has MERIT and IS PROCEEDING LIKE THE LITTLE TRAIN THAT COULD.

I would sell Comcast now.

It would appear that out of the many claims alleged against Comcast that were dismissed, the door has been slightly left open for argument of continuance based on two remaining breaches against Comcast

(1) breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; and (2) breach of a consent decree.
