RE:Share DilutionWake up. The stock closed at .13. It very briefly hit .15 today, the highest it's traded since the merger (ie 400 million plus shares). Considering MQL was trading in the mid teens prior to the merger with half the shares, that's not bad. The private placement shares are flow through, so went at a premium to current share value.

All that aside, I have to question why they needed more cash in addition to the 30-some million AOS just brought in.
