Bellemare avait promis (ou projeter) la livraison de 15 CSERIES en 2016 et c'est seulement 7 CSERIES qui seront livres au maximum.

... les objectifs ont ete coupes en deux.

Les retards de moteur de P&W ne seront pas resolus en 2017...
