It's a slam dunk..connected the dots thanks to OBI...Follow through all the DD and you will see why I am convinced we have been awarded 2 million contract
by US Advanced Battery Consortium....

Read through have patience...follow the thought process and see if you don't come to the same conclusion....

@BenKenobiIf anyone is doubting what is in store for $AMY. Check out this link (https://www.recyclinginternational.com/recycling-news/9510/e-scrap-and-batteries/united-states/new-reality-car-battery-recycling). WPI was awarded a partnership with a consortium of major auto companies, also NAATBaat members. AMY just presented in front of all these companies, with WPI on their panel. Larry implied on a podcast that AMYs tech was ahead of anyones there. The kicker, AMY announced their research months after WPI was granted this partnership. Wonder whats in the works here? Hmm...

@Edp007key points....1) The U.S. Advanced Battery Consortium (USABC), which partners with the Vehicle Technologies Office to support battery research and development projects, recently reissued a request for proposal information (RFPI) for developing better thermal management systems for lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries used in vehicles. Proposed thermal management system technologies should offer a significant improvement over current technologies while still meeting the USABC goals. USABC reopened the RFPI to prompt more submissions, especially from candidates new to USABC programs. The deadline for submission is October 7, 2016.

@Edp0072) All developers submitting viable proposals will be required to provide a credible plan toward achieving USABC goals. USABC will give preference to proposals with a plan for meeting USABC cell-to-system performance goals. Applicants will also be required to submit a detailed schedule that would support commercialization. Resulting contracts will include a 50 percent minimum cost share by the recipient.

@Edp007Did you see this...? News Recycling International: A new reality for car battery recycling The United States Advanced Battery Consortium – a collaborative organisation of Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles – has awarded a US$ 2.2 million contract to researchers to establish a new lithium-ion battery recycling process.

@Edp007Didn't Larry say we are gonna embark on a program that will cost a million bucks? isn't that half of 2 million? like the contract calls for...? I believe we have been awarded a 2.2 mill contract to advance Li-ion battery recycling
