RE:PEA Approximate TimingEric if you can get into contact with PE management I have a few questions that'd PE investors would appreciate if they could be answered. I sent out 2 emails through the companies site and personal email of company management a few months back, but no reply. Here's a copy of the email slightly updated. Hello, Pure Energy Management
There are a few questions I’d appreciate if you would be able to answer and give insight into. I appreciated the thorough responses to previous inquires.
The first question regards water-rights. What is the status of PE on this front? I could only find vague information on PE water-rights. Is an application in queue? What is the status of this application? If an application is not in queue will one be submitted after the PEA is completed?
The two companies that do have water-rights are Albemarle and Nevada Sunrise. Nevada Sunrise’s acquisition of water rights were protested by Albemarle recently. Is there any new information on this to which management has insight?
Albemarle sighted concerns that its brines would become diluted in its clayton valley basin as reason for “protest”. Does this raise as an issue given PE’s proximity to Albemarle? Also, given PE’s proposed method of brine water treatment, will waste water reintroduced into the basin cause further diluting of the brine resource (Albemarle’s and PE’s own resource)? For an obvious many issues, is this a concern?
I hope these questions were sufficiently detailed regarding their specifics. I appreciate any feedback retaining to these questions. Any additional information not related to these questions but that would be beneficial to current and future understanding of project planning is also appreciated.
