I asked him if it was possible to cause a class action law suit against someone that may cause people to loose asset value by posting information of this nature. I also made mention to him that this is a possible short cover tactic someone is trying to use as they addmitted to being short in their posts and the fact that as soon as this was posted the suspected shorting houses hit the bids.
