This deal is in a very tough spot. They over promoted this deal to the point of making it a very easy SHORT and now shorts ahve taken hold of this stock and the promoters are left helpless...they cant promote as the shorters will only dump into the promote and they have to just left this dwindle down and clean up and let the shorts cover and go away..
